Profile update rules
Profile updates are included, but every change is reviewed before publication to keep profile information clear and compliant.
One update request is allowed every 30 days.
Updates may include bio changes, interests, display name changes, and photo changes.
Inmate number and conviction information cannot be changed through standard profile updates.
Removed photos are permanently deleted from the public profile.
All updates are reviewed before publication.
Updates that include prohibited content, contact details, profanity, nudity, weapons, minors, gang signs, or other flagged material may be rejected or sent for human review.
